Each Card Packaged In Open-Ended Plastic Sleeve Upgrade

If you would like each card wrapped in an open-ended plastic sleeve, please order the quantity of this listing to match that of the cards purchased and we will package them in the appropriate size sleeve*. If you order less sleeves than your card total, please message us about which designs are to be wrapped.

Plastic sleeves are not sold separately from cards. While these sleeves may not be curbside recyclable, they are usually accepted wherever plastic grocery bags and other thin plastic film can be dropped off for recycling. We think it is much less misleading than using supposedly "compostable" cellophane. PLA ("biodegradable" cellophane) packaging is produced by using carbon disulfide (as is wood cellulose cellophane) and only compostable at commercial facilities, of which there are few worldwide. It can cause problems for composting centers when disposed of in curbside green bins.

*sleeves for 4" x 4" cards are not open ended, they are sealed with an adhesive strip.
