Shipping policy

All ceramic items will only be available for priority shipping to ensure the speediest delivery so as fragile items are not broken due to excessive handling.

International customers are responsible for paying VAT on their purchase, it is not included in the price.

It is unfortunate that shipping can be pricey but Studio Sardine does our utmost to pack well and professionally so that your item(s) arrive safely. We will not send ceramics (other than ornaments and some jewelry) by any other method than Priority (or the USPS equivalent, if to Canada) because we believe the less time the package is in the care of shipping agencies, the more likely it will reach you in good condition. However, overcharges on shipping of a dollar or more will be refunded asap. It is your responsibility to have entered your address correctly into the online checkout, Shopify shipping will use it automatically as entered.
